Perdue Says Georgia is Morally Obligated

In his speech yesterday, out of all the issues he could have discusssed, Perdue did say that we are morally obligated to serve people with disabilites. With more than 6300 people waiting for services, and in a year where legislators will be looking at cutting $1.5 billion out of Georgia's budget, we can only speculate what kinds of supports he will be able to offer. Perdue's budget will be out for review tomorrow.
